Chocolate
I am sure everyone likes chocolates. Who on Earth doesn't like chocolates????
(Even if there are, I refuse to believe it. =p)
Everyone like chocolates and for some extreme ones, chocolate is their food, their religion, the very essence of life itself.
Alright, I might have exaggerated a bit there but it is just to emphasize that chocolates is very irresistible. After all it is not called the food of the gods for nothing.
Besides, many claim that chocolate have many benefits. There is this research that shows that there is a substance called phenylethylamine found in chocolate and seems to trigger feelings similar to falling in love. Chocolate also tingle the taste buds and when taste buds are excited, endorphins are released from the brain. Endorphin are the body's feel good chemical.
Aztec legend Montezuma drank chocolate drink before visiting his wives. And by visiting, I do not mean that they just sit down and have a chit chat but to.........*wink* *wink*. You get what I mean. So, chocolate is regarded as a potent aphrodisiac.
(Guys, now you know what to get or eat when you and your partner are alone together.)
Aside from that, some research shows that there is this craving for chocolate by women when premenstrual food cravings surface. This is because chocolate contains high levels of magnesium and women experience magnesium deficiency prior to menstruation.
(Gals, now you know what reason to give to get more chocolates.)
From a study conducted at Harvard University, there is a correlation between eating a moderate amount of chocolate and longevity. The study shows that those who eat one to three chocolate bars a month had a 36% lower risk of death than those who doesn't eat.
(Another reason to be used by all of ya chocolate lovers.)
So, what are you waiting for? Chocolate is good for you, MMMMMMKayyyyy.
However, as with everything else. Moderation is the key. Eat chocolate in moderation and you are good to go. Too much of anything is bad.
(So, if you have too much chocolate or money, feel free to send em to me. I am willing to take the burden and suffer the consequences for you. )
As with the Cantonese saying, "Ngor Pat Yap Dei Yuk, Shui Yap Dei Yuk". Rite?
