Venting Anger Then Later Regrets

**Note Edit V1: Yay, my first post in year 2014. An improvement, No?**

Anger & Regrets

First post after so long and here I am trying to make amends to the things done that I now regret. Trying to make amends by writing a post in the long abandoned blog instead of making amends to the person involved. Wah lau eh, that is not right.

But one got to start somewhere to build up the courage to make amends directly aye? Perhaps it is the way of my family of not showing much emotions. Probably gentle loving emotional outburst is considered as a no no and rough loud angry emotional outburst is considered the way to show care and love albeit a little rough and maybe sadistic. Anyway, more on that in the future upcoming post...Cough** Cough**

To sum it up, this happens because of miscommunication and I should know better than to just lose my temper in anger and let loose those harsh words. Looks like I still have long way to go. Although I do believe that nothing can be solved by being angry and most of the time or make it all the time it is a double edged sword where you will hurt that person and yourself. Totally not worth it. Mantra to myself... Ohm~~~ Ohm~~~ Ohm~~~

Thinking back, what I should have done is to think about what I am going to say and only say it when I am not angry. Should not said it when I am angry because what comes out will be hostile no matter how. Walk away and be calm then demand an explanation why such thing happens. Explain expectation and what went wrong. Have two ways communication. Tolerance. Understanding. COMMUNICATE. What I need to do next is to swallow my pride, my ego and apologize to the person even if it is their fault. Be a better man.

Well, easier said than done but it must be done. I am truly sorry.

Here are some quotes on anger~~~ For me to build up courage to apologise.
