And how to achieve that vital state of mind? By living within your means, you will be happy. By being positive everyday when you wake up and spread the positiveness around to make everyone happy. Yes, by helping other people you will also be happy. Don't believe it? Try helping other people without expecting anything in return then you will be happy.
