Most of the time, what one have to ask oneself is whether it is worth it or not? So is it worth it? Then again, worth is pretty subjective depending on individuals. Some might think it is worth it. Yes, What indeed are the secrets to happiness??? Happiness is the state of your mind. At the very least that is what yours truly thinks. You are what you think. And how to achieve that vital state of mind? By living within your means, you will be happy. By being positive everyday when you wake up and spread the positiveness around to make everyone happy. Yes, by helping other people you will also be happy. Don't believe it? Try helping other people without expecting anything in return then you will be happy.
