Ubuntu 8.04 LTS Hardy Heron Arrived

Previously I posted on Getting Ubuntu 8.04 LTS Hardy Heron of which I ordered 5 CDs each for the Desktop Edition, Desktop Edition(64bit), Server Edition, and Server Edition (64bit) totalling 20CDs. Today, it finally arrived. Thank you Ubuntu for approving the orders being that the CDs are FREE and all. It actually took around 9 weeks for the CDs to arrive which I think is way efficient since originally it is stated that usually it will take around 16 weeks for it to arrive. The best part is that the CDs are sent to my doorstep. How cool is that? Anyway, lets get visual shall we? =p The CDs sealed in a bubble foam envelope. Color Scheme for Design

Have you ever been frustrated at one point in your life being that you are clueless on what color scheme to use? Designer and Non-designer alike. For those who are color scheme challenged, of which yours truly also falls in the same category, finding suitable matching color for your design or usage can be a pain in the ass. Big time. If you followed you instinct and just go ahead with the selection of colors according to your gut feeling, you risk of producing something that looks like it came straight out from a horror movie. Although there are times where you get lucky and produced something that is not as grotesque and repulsing. Anyway, the key to good color scheme is that the colors must definitely be pleasant to the eyes. That is the most important aspect of design that is often left out, even by designers. Greetings. It's been a while since I last posted. Alright, maybe just one post apart but just in case all of you forget, let me introduce myself again. Hi there, this is the friendly, down-to-earth, geeky and nerdy resident tech guy at BenardCometh Revelations. I am going to show you how to use Mozilla Thunderbird 2 as your default rss reader to keep in touch with updated posts of your favorite blogs. Get Mozilla Thunder 2 and after installation, go to File>New>Account to start the Account Wizard in order to make a new account. Choose the RSS, News & Blogs option and click Next. Which are also related to today's post. I am going to just show all of you how to make a Korean BBQ Sarawakian style or shall I say BenardCometh's style.
